Service requests
Medical treatment institutions shall be submitted to the registration application and documents. If changes have occurred in 10 working days, a medical treatment institution, writes the notification.
A completed submission regarding registration of a medical treatment institution may be submitted:
- using e-service in the www.latvija.lv portal;
- electronically by sending an e-mail application signed with a secure electronic signature to the vi@vi.gov.lv;
- by post;
- in person, after a previous recording, by phone 67081600 or by e-mail to vi@vi.gov.lvReceipt of services
The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
