In order to assess the conformity of buildings with hygiene requirements and thus reduce the risk to public health in newly built buildings, an assessment of the Health Inspectorate is carried out and an opinion has been prepared. If the building of the second and third groups of ekpluatācijā is transferred or part thereof (part of the second group building or part thereof, if the building has mandatory hygiene requirements), an opinion of the Health Inspectorate regarding the facility's readiness for operation shall be required.
The operator shall submit an application to the Health Inspectorate for an opinion regarding the readiness for operation of the installations. The health inspection specialist shall perform the hygienic on-site assessment of the installation. As a result, after payment of the invoice, an opinion on the operational readiness of the installation/structure is prepared.
Process description
Service requests
The client shall provide the documents to the Health Inspectorate. The model application is located on the website of the Health Inspectorate at www.vi.gov.lv. The application can also be filled in on the ground.
The www.latvija.lv portal to select and carry out an e-service "The Health Inspectorate, the receipt of an opinion or assessment."
Submit:
1. The application;
2. Building design;
3. Acts of covered works (for projects of water pipes, sewers and gas systems);
Receipt of services
