Process description
Service requests
An application shall be submitted to the Health Inspectorate and the documents to be attached thereto.
In order to submit an application and documents electronically on the www.latvija.lv portal, the e-service “Application for a Health Inspectorate authorisation, opinion or assessment” should be selected and performed.
Documents to be submitted:
- application;
- project (original);
- a copy of the cover page of the project;
- a copy of the explanatory statement;
- in addition to legal persons, a copy of the registration certificate.
Preparing an opinion is a fee service.Receipt of services
The reply will be given in the form of receipt of the reply specified in the application.
