Service requests
The health inspection must submit:
1. The application;
2. Property supporting documents or rental agreements;
3. A copy of the inventory plan of the premises or the technological scheme of the installation;
4. Interpretative article about an object - object name, job profile, services.
Service - the receipt of an opinion regarding the readiness for the commencement/continuation of operation of an installation shall be a fee service, in accordance with the Cabinet Regulations, “Price List of Health Inspection Fee Services”, for objects for which hygiene requirements have not been specified in regulatory enactments (the service is not mandatory in accordance with regulatory enactments and is provided at the voluntary request of the owner of the installation, except in relation to 4.7 the objects referred to in point (a).
! If an application for an opinion is submitted for the opening of the camp, the documents shall be submitted to the portal www.nometnes.gov.lv
If the application and the accompanying documents are submitted electronically, the e-service “Application for a Health Inspectorate authorisation, opinion or assessment” must be selected and performed on the www.latvija.lv portal.Receipt of services
The service - prepared opinion - shall be received by the customer according to the choice indicated in the application:
- electronically, with a secure electronic signature;
- by post;
- face-to-face.
